The scene was the nursing residence, as outdated Doug was nearing his previous couple of breaths.
His nurse, his spouse, his daughter and a pair of sons, are with him.
He asks for two witnesses to be current and a camcorder be in place to report his final needs, and when all is prepared he begins to talk;
“My son, Bernie, I would like you to take the Mayfair homes.”
“My daughter, Sybil, you are taking the residences over within the east finish.”
“My son, Jamie, I would like you to take over the places of work within the Metropolis Centre.”
“Sarah, my pricey spouse, please take all of the residential buildings on the banks of the river.”
The nurse and witnesses are blown away as they didn’t notice his in depth holdings.
As outdated Doug slips away, the nurse says,
“Mrs. Smith, your husband should have been such a hard-working man to have amassed all this property.”
Sarah replies, “Property???”…
“The outdated bugger had a paper route!”
