A man having lunch at a Chinese restaurant

A person having lunch at a Chinese language restaurant observed that the desk had been set with forks, not chopsticks.

He requested why. The waiter mentioned “Chopsticks are offered solely on request.”

“However,” the person countered, “should you gave your patrons chopsticks, you wouldn’t need to pay somebody to clean all of the forks.”

“True,” the waiter shot again, “however we’d have to rent three extra individuals to brush the ground.”
