A metropolis man was visiting a small farm in rural North Carolina.
Whereas he was strolling round, taking within the sights of nation dwelling, he noticed the farmer feeding pigs in a most extraordinary method.
The farmer would carry a pig as much as a close-by apple tree, and the pig would eat the apples off the tree straight.
The farmer would transfer the pig from one apple to a different till the pig was happy, then he would begin once more with one other pig.
Town man watched this exercise for a while with nice astonishment.
Lastly, he couldn’t resist saying to the farmer, “That is essentially the most inefficient technique of feeding pigs that I can think about.
Simply consider the time that will be saved if you happen to merely shook the apples off the tree and let the pigs eat them from the bottom!”
The farmer seemed puzzled and replied, “What’s time to a pig?”
