A nervous taxpayer was unhappily conversing with the IRS Tax auditor who had come to overview his data.
At one level the auditor exclaimed,
“Mr. Carelton, we really feel it’s a nice privilege to be allowed to stay and work within the USA.
As a citizen you will have an obligation to pay taxes, and we count on you to eagerly pay them with a smile.”
“Thank goodness,” returned Mr. Carelton, with a large grin on his face,
“I believed you have been going to need me to pay with money.”
