The physician asks him which drink he prefers.

“Aaaahhh. There’s your downside, it shrinks issues, these foolish American beers.. you need to attempt ingesting Guinness.

Two months later the chap returns to the physician with an enormous smile on his face.
He shakes the physician by the hand and thanks him.
“I take it you now drink Guinness?” requested the physician.
