This caused a mess and caused her to panic. In the afternoon, she asked her to go out with Limo on a leash in the morning, as she doesn’t feel safe with a dog free in a common area. She complained about the situation and suggested filing a complaint with the condo. The neighbor is at peace, but some friends suggest changing Limo’s schedule to avoid the mess. Limo can’t run, and the situation is unclear.
